What we collect

If you email us, we keep your name, email address and what you tell us, so we can reply. This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Why and lawful basis

To respond to enquiries and run our business (legitimate interests), and to meet legal obligations such as keeping accounting records.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We use trusted providers for hosting and email, who process data on our behalf under contract. Some providers may process data outside the UK with appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to 2 years, and financial records for 6 years as required by law.
